Ian Says:
"I created this cross between a hare's ear nymph and a tailess stonefly nymph in 1980. I think it works because of the colour variation in the body. Good for:
low water smallies, carp, trout, steelhead, and redhorse."

Hook: 3399 size 8 (range 8 - 12)
Body: Hare's cheek fur...from the face
Wingcase: Tan plastic raffia
Abdomen: Well marked hare's mask
